Day 1: Baku

Upon arrival at Baku International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and then proceed for lunch at an Indian restaurant, specially prepared by our own chef. Afterward, transfer to the hotel for check-in before heading out to explore the historic Old City (Icherisheher), where you will visit iconic landmarks such as the Maiden Tower and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs while strolling through its ancient streets. Enjoy some time shopping for souvenirs at local markets before dining at another Indian restaurant with meals crafted by our chef. Conclude the day with an overnight stay at your hotel in Baku.

Day 2: Baku

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Gobustan National Park to explore ancient petroglyphs and mud volcanoes. Enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant, then stroll along Baku Boulevard, visiting the Carpet Museum. Stop at Martyrs' Lane for city views before heading to the Flame Towers. In the evening, watch the light show from Baku Boulevard, followed by dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Baku.

Day 3: Baku – Gabala

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Gabala on a scenic 4-5 hour drive through the countryside. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant before experiencing a breathtaking cable car ride with stunning mountain views and adventure activities. Spend time exploring local shops and cafes before having dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gabala.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Nohur Lake for a scenic boating experience surrounded by mountains. Spend the rest of the day exploring the local area, hiking, or visiting markets. Conclude with dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 5: Gabala – Baku

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and return to Baku. Visit the famous Old City to explore its ancient walls and historical sites, followed by the Miniature Book Museum with its unique collection. Enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant before strolling through Baku Boulevard and Little Venice along the Caspian Sea. In the evening, enjoy a gala dinner with traditional entertainment at an Indian restaurant.

Day 6: Baku

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the iconic Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid, followed by the Vintage Car Museum. Visit Yanar Dag (Burning Mountain), where natural gas flames have burned for decades. Spend the evening shopping and exploring Baku at leisure. Conclude with dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 7: Baku – Departure

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure they meet visa requirements and provide accurate documentation. We are not liable for visa-related issues. 
  • Visa Approval: Visa issuance is at the discretion of the embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee visa approval. 
  • Processing & Fees:Visa processing times and fees are determined by the relevant authorities. Any additional costs due to delays or requirements are the client’s responsibility. 
  • Visa Refusal: In case of a visa refusal, clients bear the cost of non-refundable fees and bookings.
  • Changes in Requirements: We are not responsible for any changes in visa policies after booking or application. 
  • Travel & Visa: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct visa for all travel segments
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • The registration amount given at the time of booking is non – refundable and non – transferrable.
  • processed by the tour company only after the registration amount is paid in full. Full or balance payments should be made 45 days prior to the date of departure. If the tourist fails to pay timely full amount, then the tour company reserves the right to cancel the booking with forfeiting the paid amount. In case of dishonoured cheques issued by the tourist in favour of the company, the company reserves the right to take necessary legal actions and the company has full right to cancel the bookings.
TAXATION 
  • A non – negotiable and mandatory Goods and Service Tax (GST) at the rate of 5% & also Tax Collected at Source w.e.f. 1st April 2020 (TCS) at the rate of 5% is applicable over & above the land package cost. In case of any imposed tax by the Government of India over and above the proposed taxes, then the tourist will be liable to pay even after the bookings has been done.
  • If Visa is rejected booking amount will be refunded after deducting airline cancellation charges, visa charges and services charges. If you wish to apply visa again then visa and services charges will be applicable again.
AIRLINES & TICKET 
  • The company won’t be responsible in case of any Airlines delay or deficiency. In case passengers wish to travel in advance or stay back and return later after the completion of the tour.
  • The tourist is liable to pay an additional amount (to be advised as per availability) per change prior to the departure.
  • If the tourist wants to make any change in plan on tour, then all the arrangements must be done by the tourist itself.
  • During the trip, for any reason, if you may wish to return to India, the entire cost to return will be borne by the passenger and no refund will be granted.
SIGHTSEEINGS
  • Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, if any activity or any sightseeing is missed then the tour company shall not be liable to pay any refunds. Any delays occurred by the passengers will disturb the schedule and cause inconvenience to the entire group. Any loss or damage done during the activity will be borne by the passengers. 
  • Instructions given by the Tour Manager or Guide should be followed by all the passengers. Free/Complimentary activities are all non-refundable and subject to weather conditions.
LUGGAGE
  • You are allowed only to carry 20 kg of main luggage & 5 kg hand luggage with yourself during flight journey & in the coach. You will have to carry 1 bag per person of the Food raw material in case if any, which belongs to Tourisure. For any baggage loss or damage during the travel shall be solely borne by the passenger.
HEALTH & EMERGENCY DURING TOUR
  • It is presumed that the tourist who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & is medically fit for the tour. In case of any health emergency or any other related issues, the guest shall be solely responsible to make their own arrangements. Thus, the company cannot be held responsible for any health-related issues of the passenger.
REFUND 
  • Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the tourist by ‘A/C payee’ cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
NO REFUND WILL BE PAYABLE
  • For any missed / unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
  1. Where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to the concerned authorities to enable Company to confirm the reservation
  2. If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled, or not utilized. 
  3. If any tourist decides and or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government. 
  4. If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to natural calamity, riots, political unrest, or any other unforeseen calamities 
  5. Refund is not applicable for air tickets that are non-refundable and for which date change is not allowed. Force Majeure means an event or circumstance not within the reasonable control, directly or indirectly, of Tourisure in its ability to perform its obligations/ responsibilities regarding the tour including 
  6. War, hostile invasion, act of foreign enemies. Rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power or civil war.
  • Epidemic, pandemic, explosion, fire, flood, earthquake or another exceptional natural calamity and act of God. o Ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly.
  • Riot, commotion or disorder. 
  • Any act or omission of any Government instrumentality. 
  • A change in Legal Requirements. 
  • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances; 
  • Abnormal weather or sea conditions including tempest, lightning, hurricane, typhoon, rain & temperatures.
Cancellation Policy
  • The initial deposits made by the passenger against the tour booking will not be refundable or Transferrable under any circumstances
DAY OF BOOKING – 80 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE – 20% OF THE TOUR COST
  • WITHIN 80 – 65 DAYS – 50% OF THE TOUR COST
  • WITHIN 65 – 50 DAYS – 75% OF THE TOUR COST
  • WITHIN 40 DAYS OF DEPARTURE– 100% OF THE TOUR COST
