Day 1- 04 May: Arrive at Bagdogra and Transfer to Phuentsholing
Your journey begins as you arrive at Bagdogra Airport. Meet and greet by our representative, followed by a scenic 4-hour drive to Phuentsholing, the gateway town of Bhutan. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Spend the evening exploring the local markets or enjoying leisure time at your hotel.

Day 2-05 May: Complete Immigration Formalities and Drive to Thimphu

After breakfast, complete immigration formalities. Begin your drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital city, which takes approximately 6 hours. En route, visit Kharbandi Gompa, a serene monastery offering panoramic views of the surrounding valley. On arrival in Thimphu, visit the Changangkha Lhakhang Monastery, an ancient temple revered by locals for blessings and protection.

Overnight stay at Phuentsholing

Day 3-06 May: Excursion to Dochula Pass and Punakha Dzong

Post breakfast, drive to Dochula Pass (3,100 meters), famous for its 108 memorial chortens and spectacular views of the Eastern Himalayas. Continue to Punakha Dzong, an architectural masterpiece located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Explore the historic dzong before returning to Thimphu in the evening.

Day 4-07 May: Thimphu Sightseeing and Transfer to Paro

Day 5-08 May: Tiger’s Nest Hike or Chele La Pass Excursion

Choose between two unforgettable experiences:

  1. Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery – A 5-hour trek to Bhutan’s iconic cliffside monastery at 3,120m, offering stunning views and spiritual significance.
  2. Chele La Pass Excursion – A scenic 2-hour drive to Bhutan’s highest motorable pass (3,810m), with breathtaking mountain views and fluttering prayer flags.

Day 6-09 May: Sightseeing in Paro and Transfer to Phuentsholing

Start the day with visits to:Rinpung Dzong, a majestic fortress overlooking the Paro Valley.Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan.After the sightseeing, drive back to Phuentsholing, a journey of approximately 6 hours. Spend your last evening in Bhutan relaxing or exploring the town.

Day 7-10 May: Transfer to Bagdogra for Onward Journey
