Day 1: Arrival At Bagdogra – Transfer To Gangtok

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), you will be greeted by a representative. From there, proceed on a scenic drive to Gangtok, covering approximately 125 km in 4-5 hours. Upon reaching Gangtok, check in at your hotel and relax.

Day 2: Gangtok Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore Gangtok’s highlights, starting with Tashi Viewpoint for breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga, followed by visits to Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok, offering both spirituality and stunning vistas. Discover the tranquility of Enchey Monastery and delve into Tibetan heritage at the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology. Admire seasonal blooms at the Flower Exhibition Centre before strolling along the lively MG Marg. Enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake, New Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass

After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), a stunning glacial lake nestled amid the mountains. Visit the New Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, dedicated to the legendary Indian Army soldier. If permits allow, proceed to Nathula Pass (14,140 ft) at the Indo-China border. Return to Gangtok by evening and enjoy leisure time.

Day 4: Transfer to Pelling via Namchi

After breakfast, check out and drive to Pelling (115 km, approx. 5-6 hours). En route, visit Namchi to explore Char Dham, a temple complex featuring replicas of the four sacred Dhams, and Samdruptse Hill, home to the towering statue of Guru Padmasambhava. Continue the journey to Pelling, check in at the hotel, and enjoy a leisurely evening.

Day 5: Full-Day Pelling Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour in Pelling, starting with the Pelling Sky Walk, offering breathtaking views of the Chenrezig statue. Explore the historic Rabdentse Ruins, the ancient capital of Sikkim, followed by a visit to the Pemayangtse Monastery, one of the state’s oldest. Witness the serene beauty of Khecheopalri Lake, a sacred, wish-fulfilling lake surrounded by dense forests, and admire the majestic Kanchenjunga Falls, cascading amidst lush greenery. Conclude the day with a relaxed evening at leisure.

Day 6: Transfer To Darjeeling

After breakfast, check out and drive to Darjeeling (approx. 4-5 hours, 75 km), enjoying the picturesque landscapes and charming local villages along the way. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and unwind. In the evening, explore Chowrasta Mall Road at your leisure.

Day 7: Full-Day Darjeeling Sightseeing

Start the day early at 4:00 AM with a visit to Tiger Hill to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (weather permitting). On the way back, explore Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop, a war memorial offering panoramic views. Return to the hotel for breakfast before proceeding with a sightseeing tour of Darjeeling. Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (home to Red Pandas), Tenzing Rock & Gombu Rock, and the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre. Continue to Happy Valley Tea Estate and the serene Japanese Peace Pagoda. Spend the evening at leisure, exploring local markets and shopping.

Day 8: Darjeeling to Bagdogra Drop

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station (approx. 3-4 hours, 70 km). Bid farewell to the stunning landscapes of Sikkim and Darjeeling, concluding the tour with unforgettable memories.
