Gulmarg:

• Please Note Gulmarg Is a Walking Town. Vehicles Of Other Cities Are Not Allowed Here. So Only for Pick-Up & Drop During Your Hotel C/In & C/Out the Vehicle Will Come Than It Will Go Back to Tanmarg Town.
• In Winters or Even When There Is Snow on The Roads, The Private Car Cannot Go Up to Gulmarg Town Due to Snow So a Snow Car Needs to Be Hired by Guest (At Optional Cost) To Reach to The Hotel. This Optional Cost Has to Be Paid by The Guest Directly to The Driver.
• Senior Citizens or Family with Kids Who Finds Difficult to Explore Gulmarg Town by Walk Can Even Hire a Pony or A Local Union Car to Explore Gulmarg Town at Optional Cost.
• In Gulmarg, The Cable Car Station Is Situated at The Walking Distance from Almost All the Hotels So One Can Go to Cable Car Station by A Walk or Else Through the Pony or Union Car (Cost Is Optional).

Important Notes:

• Kashmir is a hill station & so there is walking involved during the tour. The sightseeing places involves a walk from the entrance gate to explore the place.
• Also, the hotels here are located on sloppy surface so there will be some steps or walk involved to reach to your room from the reception or restaurant place. The elevator facility is not possible at all the hotels so one has to use the stairs. # So pls take a note of the above points if senior citizens or family with small kids are travelling.
• The Vehicles in hilly regions are not in a very good condition because of the regular hilly drives.
• Because of the hilly drives, the roads here are narrow & so the bigger vehicles like tempo travelers or coach will be small in size compared to the metro city coach. The seats are small & narrow in size & also the leg space will be lesser. Passengers who are not comfortable with such seats can opt for private vehicle by paying additional.
• Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation for Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
• Check-in time at hotel is 1400 Hrs. & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs. Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary. Services will be given in exchange of original vouchers/Itinerary only.

• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
• There is No Refund for un utilized Service All cost are per person based on twin sharing Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car on hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
• During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
• Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress. (Folding beds)
• Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
• Pre ponement / Post ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Tourisure is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
