Tourisure (Tourisure) Policy
Introduction
Welcome to our Tourisure. To ensure a delightful and hassle-free experience, we kindly request
you to adhere to the following policy guidelines. By booking our tours, you agree to comply with
these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
All travelers must:
● Hold a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the date of travel.
● Obtain all necessary visas, international certificates, travel insurance, and medical
insurance.
● Adhere to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and the rules set by the Government
of India.
2. Booking Process
Offline Booking:
● Visit our branch offices, authorized PSA agents, or travel agents.
● Submit a completed and signed booking form.
● Ensure payment as per the defined schedule.
Group Bookings:
● Each participant in a group must provide their documentation.
● For multiple families under a single booking, the group leader assumes responsibility on
behalf of all members.
3. Payment Terms
Schedule: Booking and Payment
● Eligibility:
● Valid passport (6+ months beyond travel date).
● Necessary visas and insurance.
● Booking Amount: Non-refundable and varies by destination.
● Balance Payment:
○ 50% of the total cost due 90 days before departure.
○ 100% of the total cost due 60 days before departure.
Payment Modes:
● Credit card, debit card, net banking, demand draft, or cash (with PAN card for payments
above INR 20,000).
● Payments to travel agents must be cleared to the company account to confirm the
booking.
Exchange Rates:
● Payments in foreign currency will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rates
on the transaction date.
4. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Cancellation by Client:
● Cancellation charges vary by region and time frame before departure. For example:
● Far East, Middle East, South East Asia:
● More than 60 days: 70% of holiday cost.
● 0-31 days: 100% of holiday cost.
● USA, Europe, Australia:
● More than 0 days: 70% of holiday cost.
● 0-45 days: 100% of holiday cost.
● Visa rejection or failure to provide documentation on time will result in cancellation
charges.
Amendments:
● Changes to bookings will incur a fee of INR 15,000 per change, subject to availability.
● Transfer to another tour will be treated as a new booking, and cancellation terms will
apply.
5. Documentation
Clients must provide the following:
● Valid passport copies (first two and last two pages).
● Signed booking and terms and conditions forms.
● Visa documents.
● PAN card for payments above INR 20,000 in cash.
● Any additional documentation requested by the company.
6. Travel Insurance
● Travel insurance is included for all Tourisure packages.
● Coverage includes illness, injury, and loss of baggage. Passengers over 60 years old
may require additional medical clearance.
● Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered.
7. Visa Assistance
● Visa guidance services are available for an additional fee.
● Clients are responsible for timely submission of documents (minimum 60 days prior to
departure).
● Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate/embassy.
8. Itinerary and Services
Changes:
● The company reserves the right to amend itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances
such as weather, strikes, or supplier defaults.
● Clients will be notified of any changes promptly.
Meals:
● Meals will be provided as per the itinerary. Special dietary requests are subject to
availability.
Accommodation:
● Standard check-in and check-out times apply.
● Requests for specific room types (e.g., twin or triple rooms) are subject to availability.
9. Liability Limitations
The company is not liable for:
● Acts or omissions by third-party service providers.
● Loss of baggage, delays, or cancellations by airlines or other suppliers.
● Injuries or damages resulting from participation in adventure sports or other activities.
10. Client Responsibilities
● Arrive on time for all tours and transfers.
● Safeguard personal belongings and travel documents.
● Follow instructions provided by tour managers.
● Inform the company of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
11. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to
natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond its control.
12. Dispute Resolution
● All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
