Accommodation:

• DBL room on twin sharing. For the 3rd Person, an Extra bed/mattress will be provided

Meals:

• 16 Breakfast at the hotel.
• 16 Dinner
• Meals as per hotel’s fixed menu  

Transport: 

• All transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary by Deluxe vehicle. Overhead carrier is not allowed in North East India as per the Supreme Court order.

Guide:

• The Tour Manager Service will be available only for a group of more than 12 persons and will start from the First destination of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.

Flights: 

• Return economic flight ticket (Mumbai – Guwahati, Guwahati – Dimapur, Imphal – Agartala, Agartala – Mumbai)

Additional Services:

• Jeep Safari @ Kaziranga National Park • Entrance Fees at monuments/museums/ temples, etc.
• 1 Ltr Packed Drinking water per person per day.

Please Note: 

• Do carry comfortable walking shoes.
• 1 Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Valid Passport.
• Standard check-in time at hotels is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
• 1 Passport size photograph of each person
• Scan copy/Photo Copy of ID proof to be submitted before the Tour, and Original ID proof to be carried on the tour.  

Terms & Conditions of booking a tour: 

• A Seat in the tour can be booked by paying an amount of 50% of the tour package & full air ticket cost (if the client is buying an air ticket from Tourisure).
• The advance amount will be non-refundable in case the person desires to cancel the tour.
• The remaining tour cost will have to be paid at the earliest, but not later than 1 month before the tour date.
• If the guest fails to pay the balance tour cost on time, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour booking, and the advance will be forfeited.
• Tourisure reserves the right to change the itinerary of tours and hotels due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Tourisure is not responsible for any alternate arrangements due to flight delay or rescheduled interconnections.
• Any expenses, damages, loss, etc., which may be caused due to weather conditions, strike, curfew, natural calamities, political unrest, and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, will have to be borne by the guest.
• During peak seasons, due to heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances, some sightseeing may not be covered.
• Tourisure is not responsible for any death, injury, sickness, accidental loss, delay, increased expenses, damage, or theft.
• Seat in coach is allotted on a daily rotation basis. Every member is expected to follow the same.
• For single-person bookings, the room sharing will be given on Double or Triple Occupancy as per availability.

• All matters are Subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
