- We will provide our Separate kitchen / Marwari Maraj Food only, when at least 25 members join that group. Otherwise, we will provide food from the hotel only (Pure veg and Jain).
Booking Terms & Conditions:
- Confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 35% PER PERSON of the tour cost.
- Balance payment shall be paid 25 days prior to the departure
- If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 25 days, he/she shall be deemed as cancelled and the
- deposit shall not be refunded.
- If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if the tour cancels due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bands, strikes etc. then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 30% as our service charge
- for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.
- If the passenger wants to cancel the tour, he/she shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges.
- The bank charges for credit card transactions are non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour booking by any party.

Cancellation Policy:
- BEFORE 40 DAYS 30% OF THE TOUR COST.
- BETWEEN 25 TO 40 DAYS 60% OF THE TOUR COST.
- BETWEEN 15 TO 30 DAYS 85% OF THE TOUR COST.
- WITHIN 10 DAYS 100% OF THE TOUR COST (NO REFUND).
