Accommodation:

Deluxe hotel accommodation on Double/ Triple occupancy. For the 3rd person rolling mattress will be provided.

Meals:

•  7 breakfasts at the hotel.
•  7 Dinner

Transport:

• All Sightseeing & Transfers by A/C vehicle.
• Pickup: At Udaipur Airport @ 08:00 am, Drop: At Jaipur Airport @ 15:00.      

Guide:

• The Tour Manager Service will be available only for a group of more than 12 persons and will start from the First destination of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.

• Return Economic airfare Mumbai – Udaipur & Jaipur -Mumbai

Additional Services:

• Entry tickets, guide fees, and permits.
• 1 Ltr Packed Drinking water per day.

Please Note:

•  Do carry comfortable walking shoes.
•  If you are a single adult and do not want to book in Single occupancy, we will provide you room sharing in double or triple occupancy as per availability.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card).
•  Bed Tea is not available at all the Hotels, so Kindly Bring a Coil/ Premix/ Sachet Incase if you need it.

Terms & Conditions of booking a tour:

• A seat in the tour can be booked by paying an amount of 50% of the tour package & full air ticket cost (if the client is buying an air ticket from Tourisure). The advance amount will be non-refundable in case the person desires to cancel the tour.
•  The remaining tour cost will have to be paid at the earliest, but not later than 1 month before the tour date. If the guest fails to pay the balance tour cost on time, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour booking, and the advance will be forfeited.
• Air ticket cancellation as per the Airline’s policy.
•  Tourisure reserves the right to change the itinerary of tours and hotels due to circumstances beyond its control.
•  Tourisure is not responsible for any alternate arrangements due to flight delay or rescheduling interconnections.
• Any expenses, damages, loss, etc., which may be caused due to weather conditions, strike, curfew, natural calamities, political unrest, and unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, will have to be borne by guests.
• During peak seasons, due to heavy rush or unavoidable circumstances, some sightseeing may not be covered.
•  A tour Manager will be provided for a minimum group of 12 persons or more. If the group size is below 12, a local coordinator or driver cum guide will be provided.
• Tourisure is not responsible for any death, injury, sickness, accidental loss, delay, increased expenses, damage, or theft.
