Accommodation: 

• Hotels will be provided as mentioned above or a similar category hotel. TOURISURE has the right to change the hotels as per availability or due to any reasons beyond our control for the betterment of our traveling customers. 
• Hotel’s standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out 1200 hours. 
• NO GUARANTEE FOR ADJOINING ROOMS & ROOMS ON THE SAME FLOOR. 
• Room rates are based on standard rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for higher categories. 
• Any items or things used by individuals in their rooms, like drinks, snacks, beverages, television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom/bathtub, stained bed sheet, any room damage, etc., will be billed to their respective rooms & to be paid before check-out. 
• Porterage is not included. The passengers have to carry their luggage from the coach to the room and vice versa. 
• Wi-Fi as per the hotel’s policy.

Transfers:

Coach:

• The coaches are chosen as on the number of passengers. Hence, the luggage should be accommodated in the given space. Extra luggage will be chargeable. 
• Customers have to wait for the coach due to parking issues at some places. Once the coach has arrived, it will wait for max 10 minutes. 
• It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink, or smoke inside the coach. 
• In case of a coach breakdown due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix the problem, but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.
