- 45 Days prior to tour date 100% Payment
Note: PAN card and Aadhar card copy of all travelers is mandatory. A minor (below 18 years) can submit their parent’s PAN and Aadhar card copy if they do not have it.
Cancellation Policy:
- 25 to 35 Days prior to the tour date – 35% of the total tour cost
- 15 to 24 Days prior to the tour date – 85% of the total tour cost
- Within 15 days of the tour date – 100% amount is non-refundable
- ‘No-show’ on the tour – 100% Tour Cost, even without a cancellation notice.
