Payment Method:

To confirm a trip, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Net Price. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start date of the trip. Payments should be made by wire transfer or SWIFT to our bank account; we will provide these details in due course.
For last-minute bookings, where the trip begins within 30 days of confirmation, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Our cancellation fees for a confirmed booking are as follows:

From confirmation to 40 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total price
From 39 to 20 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
From 20 to 10 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total price
days or less prior to arrival or No Show: 100% of the total price

REFUND: For approved refunds, will issue a credit voucher* for a rescheduled trip at a future date. A fee of 7,000 MAD will be charged for processing, and TOURISURE accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations. *This credit voucher will not cover costs for non-refundable items associated with the trip, such as:

Domestic flights
Services or hotels requiring a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation
Suppliers or hotels with cancellation policies differing from ours

Your Tourisure agent will inform you at the time of booking if your trip includes any of these non-refundable items and will provide alternative options if possible. Any such expenses will be deducted from the credit or refund, as applicable.
